A man who was picked up by the police in St James in connection with his alleged involvement in the lottery scam,
Is now facing further charges after a cache of guns and ammunition was found in his motorcar during a search at the Freeport Police Station in Montego Bay on Tuesday.
Reports are that three 9mm pistols, magazines and ammo were found during a detailed search of the motor vehicle
It is understood that the man in custody was picked up during a series of anti-lotto scamming raids conducted by Montego Bay police between last week and this week.
