‘Livity’ and co-accused remanded; return to court Oct 11

REPUTED Tivoli Gardens area leader Andrew Leighton “Livity” Coke and his six co-accused implicated in the death of an alleged gang leader from Denham Town,

were yesterday further remanded when they appeared in the Gun Court section of the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court.

Livity and Michael “Titty Man” Coke Jr — who are the brother and son of incarcerated Tivoli Gardens don Christopher “Dudus” Coke, respectively — as well as Dudus’ youngest brother Lanchester “Bramma T” Coke, along with David “Alien” Biggs, Wayne “Ratty” Peart, Lesha Jones, and Delmarco Cephas are all charged with murder and conspiracy to murder.

The charges stem from the March 12, 2018 killing of Patrick Davis, who was believed to have been the leader of the Screamers Gang in Denham Town.

According to the police, Davis was allegedly lured to a Kingston hotel by a woman and was abducted. His body was later found dumped in Rockfort, East Kingston.

Following investigation the alleged gangsters were arrested and charged.

The accused appeared in court yesterday where they were remanded and a mention date scheduled for October 11.
