Court Battle Brewing Between TVJ And CVM

Television Jamaica (TVJ) has issued a statement announcing that it intends to take the case against CVM to trial. This follows Friday’s decision by the Court of  Appeal to allow the judgment of  Justice David Batts to stand, after he denied TVJ’s application for an injunction.
