The Reach One Child “ROC” Foundation presents the inaugural ROC Kids Fest 2014 –  a one-day family festival for children and children-at-heart. The event will take place on August 10th at 5 Keesing Avenue, Kingston 10, from noon to 8 p.m. and will include top names from the entertainment and creative art industry.
