An Ananda Alert has been activated for 16-year-old Janine Sterling, otherwise called ‘Nina’, of Church Corner, Morant Bay, St Thomas, who has been missing since Monday, July 15.
She is of dark complexion, medium built, and is about 157 centimetres (five feet two inches) tall.
Reports from the Morant Bay Police Station are that Janine was last seen at home at about 9:30 a.m., wearing a lime green dress with white border, and was barefooted.
She has not been heard from since then.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Janine Sterling is being asked to contact the Morant Bay Police Station at (876) 326 5054, the police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
