The police have launched a search for a motorist who reportedly broke a traffic light in downtown Kingston resulting in a crash that left at least three people injured on Saturday.
The incident took place at the intersection of Charles and East Street.
Reports are that a woman was driving a Voxy motor vehicle in the area when another motorist crashed into the vehicle. The impact of the collision caused the Voxy to overturn.
People in the area saw what happened and came to the aid of the injured victims, who were later taken to hospital.
Reports are that the driver who allegedly broke the traffic light fled the scene.
