Dancehall star Spice had a lot to say in an Instagram Live on Friday, telling her “besties”
she wanted to be transparent and vulnerable as she detailed her health scare a few months ago while in the Dominican Republic.
“I died in the DR (Dominican Republic),” the queen of dancehall said as she recounted how she ended up in the hospital, several surgeries, and her road to recovery.
