PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 11, CMC – The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency says officers discovered five unemployment benefit cards bearing other beneficiaries’ names in the possession of a traveller returning from Jamaica at Philadelphia International Airport on Wednesday.
