3 men interfere with free flow of traffic, fined 

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Three men charged with interfering with the free flow of traffic were last Tuesday fined J$100 and sentenced to 10 days imprisonment when they appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court.

The trio of Jermaine Rutherford, Wayne Anderson and Dwayne McIntosh were charged with breach of the Main Road Act. They copped themselves 10 days each a minute after they became irate inside the courtroom.

“Mi ave mi yute dem fi feed, a so mi yute dem eat food. A car mi wash, a suh di ting set,” one of the men shouted.

“Remember where you are, you are not on the sidewalk,” Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey warned.

The men continued to behave boisterously and were subsequently fined and confined.
