BUSY SIGNAL HEADS TO MALAWI, AFRICA, FOR THE SAND MUSIC FESTIVAL!

JAMAICAN dancehall act Busy Signal is scheduled to be in the African state of Malawi to perform at the Sand Music Festival in Salima on Saturday.

The three-day music fest begins today and ends Sunday at the Sunbird Livingstonia Beach.

Internet reports quote Sand Music Festival director Lucius Banda as saying the artist was expected to arrive in the country from Wednesday from Harare aboard Malawian Airlines.

It is further reported that, while in Malawi, the deejay is expected to visit orphanages and interact with local artists

The Jamaican will share the stage at the Sand Music Festival with Malawian acts including Black Missionaries, Skeffa Chimoto, Lucius Banda, Great Angels Choir, Nepman, Ethel Kamwendo-Banda, Lulu, Piksy, Blakjak, Diktator, Thocco Katimba, Wendy Harawa, Soul Raiders Band, Edgar ndi Davis, and Sally Nyundo.
