Motorist blames lack of lighting, signage for accident 

A motorist is counting his blessings on Monday, even while blaming the lack of adequate lighting

and signage on the St Thomas leg of the Southern Coastal Highway for his motor vehicle accident at a section of the road last night.

Claudius Halliman said that about 8pm Sunday, he was driving his Honda CRV motor car in the vicinity of “Three Finger Jack” when he collided into a Jersey barrier.
