Titan Lee Hai
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Titan Lee Hai, a 19-year-old Trinidadian and an aspiring artiste, according to the Trinidad Express, made headlines in international media on Sunday, after he reportedly jumped to his death from the top of a building at New York University (NYU) in the US.
The Trinidad Express quoted a report from the New York Post that Lee Hai, who is from Port of Spain in Trinidad, plummeted 15 stories from the Third North Residence Hall at 75 Third Avenue, near East 11th Street in the East Village about 3:20 am after a night of partying.
Lee Hai, a liberal studies major, had returned to New York from Trinidad last Friday for the start of the spring semester on Monday, Trinidad Express reported.
Trinidad Express also said that a New York Observer report stated that Lee Hai, performing under the names of Titan and Trizzykiddhad, amassed thousands of fans with his energetic hip hop performances.
