Two policemen in custody after allegedly sexually assaulting woman

A file is now being prepared to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for a ruling following the arrest of two St Ann police officers, who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on Monday night.

The identities of the policemen have not been released to facilitate further investigations.

Reports from the police’s Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) are that the two reportedly sexually assaulted the woman in the Runaway Bay area of the parish on Monday night.
