Manhunt launched for escaped prisoner in Runaway Bay 

The Runaway Bay police have launched a manhunt for, thirty-one-year-old, Dayle Douglas, of Slipe Road, Kingston; a prisoner who escaped from police custody on Wednesday, February 9.

Reports are that about 4:00 am, Douglas was charged for having sex with someone under the age of 16-years-old and assault and grievous bodily harm escaped from the Runaway Bay remand facility.

A manhunt has since been launched.

The police are appealing to anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dayle Douglas to contact the Runaway Bay Police at 876-973-7057, Police 119 emergency, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.

Meanwhile, the police are reminding members of the public that it is a criminal offense to harbour a fugitive.
