Kgn businessman held in Clarendon after ‘misusing a gun in Manchester’ 

Twenty-eight-year-old Shaquille Hewitt, otherwise called ‘Specie’, a businessman of William Crescent, Kingston 11,

was arrested and charged with assault at common-law and using a firearm to commit a schedule offence following an alleged incident in Banana Ground district, Manchester on Saturday, May 13.

Reports are that about 4pm, Hewitt was in a dispute with the complainant, during which he allegedly pointed a firearm at her before fleeing the scene.

A report was made to the police and Hewitt was intercepted in Clarendon while on his way home.

He was arrested and was subsequently charged.

His court date is being finalised.
